the desk clerk and lady that was making cookies were two of the nicest and polite ladies I've encountered in a long time. CUSTOMER SERVICE goes a long way!!! These ladies were great!
The environment was very comforting. Breakfast was pretty typical for a hot breakfast, but this still seemed like they stepped it up not only with quality but with presentation. Most of all, the staff. The kindness and hospitality that we experienced was amazing. We had an accident with my son at breakfast, as well as my daughter during the night and the staff made sure we didn’t feel like a burden. They assured us it was no trouble and took care of it. Then when we left we had forgotten 2 items and they called immediately and we were able to turn around and get them. Seriously, these people need to be commended for their effort. Their kindness deserves recognition, and their employers need to understand the exemplary qualities they have in these staff members.
